Redevelopment follows discovery, exploration, and what has been developed. Redeveloping processes are seen as action research implementations. Where discovering matter as issues led to exploring causality, and developing private persons, professionals, and organizations as accomplished by applying an artistic/scientific philosophical interventions, redevelopment involves unfreezing, changing, and refreezing elements.
